40GB minimum / 80GB recommended. Backup space required depends upon system size.

Display Resolution:
1280 x 768 minimum (lower resolutions will not display all available content). 1920 x 1200 / 1080 recommended.

Operating System (for CMAX version 6.0.178 and above):
Windows 10 TH1 1507 or greater.
Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022.

Microsoft Edge.

Software Dependencies:
IIS, .Net Framework, SQL Express, media player etc are automatically installed with the software.

Firewall / Anti-Virus:
The program file / folder and executables need to be added to the exclusion list of the anti-virus software if a third-party antivirus/firewall manager is used.

Hyper-V / VMware:
Sufficient resources need to be allocated with dedicated 8GB RAM and the equivalent specification as a physical server.

Compression:

For SQL to run correctly, the volume/drive must not be compressed.

*Windows 10: Microsoft automatic updates cannot be switched off, which will slow down all applications and can restart the PC (not applicable to Windows 10 Enterprise)
