SQL Database Link Module

The optional SQL database linking software module provides automatic database entry and updates on cardholder details preventing duplicate entry and updates in multiple systems. This substantially reduces time and errors with manual data entry in large organisations.

Fields which can be linked include first, middle and last name, Date of birth, Department, personal details and HR fields. Data is transferred once a day with the feature to do an instant search with import on an individual cardholder.
